i love seeing Jake Williams running behind Jackie with his arms out screaming towards the crowd! it had to have been great for players like him that transferred and had to sit out last year. both titles have been absolutely amazing and the entire run is what books and movies are written about. i cant wait to see the ESPN special on this team 5-10 years from now :) tears every time i watch these videos!

This team was the best college baseball team I have ever seen, the years to follow were just the same. I'm a Tennessee fan but we will likely never see a team like this ever again. Ray Tanner should go down as the best CB coach of all time.

i'm excited for the gamecocks to come back to omaha. i went to a south carolina-clemson game at rosenblatt in it's last year, and i was extremely impressed with them. it seems when it comes to tournament time, SC is unstoppable.

2010 was obviously amazing, but I think 2011 was just as good in a totally different way. The game completely changed with the new bats and we had to win all of our games with small ball. We went undefeated through the playoffs, but with the way the rules changed everything, every game was intense and stressed me out! I can't imagine what it would have been like if we had to come back the whole way with an opening loss like in 2010

I don't think I'll ever see a better World Series. All the amazing plays, and they way they beat Florida...a team can't possibly play more perfect. I mean, throwing from left field ALL THE WAY TO THIRD, and getting the tag...coldblooded. That one play sums up the kind of things Carolina was doing in the postseason.

The BBCOR came into effect 2011. We won 2011 and were runner up in 2012 and are fielding a squad that could potentially make its run in 2013. BBCOR doesn't effect Carolina because we live and die by the small ball not the home run.
