honestly, I would go around and neatly stack everything up in a single location and leave a marker in case you do need to return for more materials. but definitely take the harder to acquire materials!

If I remember correctly you get into the island without an entrance by climbing the mast to the platform walk way.

If you turn your sail around or face the other direction when using the engine, you'll have WAAAY MORE mobility and steering. Think of it like a semi truck pulling a trailer. Your pushing it,, turn around and pull it. Love the content brother. My son and I play this game together now from watching you.

That loot island might make a decent starter island. Only lack I see is things to make a raft base but that could be because it's night

I wonder if you could put light stand trough empty shelf. I think I noticed that when you was moving that sail it was all red when over shelves with crates, but white over shelf without crates. You should test it out. That long stick holder, now Y hook.

@@gameedgedIs it rare for sea forts to be found? Because I’ve been playing stranded deep for 4 years on and off and haven’t seen a single one. I’ve found two cargo ships and the aircraft carrier but never a sea fort.

as wide as your raft is you should try using 4 sails, 1 forward and 1 back on ea side. you have much better maneuverability. you could even turn in a circle.

(Day 23-24 Surv. Ring Rock and treasures revealed south of base new islands episode. Blue Lagoon isle prior episodes. Has problems steering with motor instead of tiller/rudder regarding one direction [you can steer with the rudder with the motor running FYI, but I think their build made the right turning problem until boat balance expanding done later.] 7:25 Goblin and Tiger shark BFFs!! GE misses entrance thinks Gyro only until episode comments to climb mast. Conf can build sail post container shelf build [ Also, GE reveals in Montreal where to get IRL smoked meats: Mr. Steer's Burgers on St Catherine St.; Toyo Burgers; La Pearls in Dollar Dormo 20 min outside Montreal for Sichuan food; Dick ANS burger chain.] )

Is your wood rudder preventing the right hand turn? Pointing whatever way you last used it.

Don't believe it is. Thinks it's the missing right side to balance the raft.

I thought you were going to change out the last tire section you added to the raft for a barrel section to balance out the raft. Then you could put the tire section on the front. I think it would look better. You did say you wanted barrels for that other side to match and lift that side up properly too. Another great episode. Can you imagine if you found that island first? lol

The purple things are suppose to move around the island not dissappear. I think because your playing in custom islands that it's bugged. Still like watching your videos GE and PLEASE take those spears off the front of the raft, their creating drag on your boat. I know I don't get it either but it's just like having a box loose on your boat.

good video. should have swam with the sharks and got the l00t. in 16 videos i havent seen a shark fight yet and im curious how it would go. also your raft is so unbalanced im not sure why you dont just square it up. get rid of the wings on the raft and put 2 in front and 2 in back so its a square and you could actually use the raft as intended

Hey GameEdge , I'm pretty sure the purple starfish are called ' Crown of Thornes ' they eat other starish & slow moving molusks . Not sure if they are poisonous to humans but would prefer not to find out ! A

You can't turn right because the spears are acting like a drag. Anything loose on your boat will cause it to steer funny

EDGE......saw in other comments that when Sharks are near the Surface attacking the Raft you can Shoot them with the Flaregun....I don't know but it sounds kinda doable......anyway, Great game and you are Killin it as Always !!!!

The motor is faster but has poor turning capabilities. The sail and rudder are slower but are better at turning.

I really loved the scd island. It was a beauty!!! But, I didn't like the amount of loot. Succes without some efford isn't just as fun as some seriously deserved resources. :-) None the less... The looks of that island were special!!!

This island is called Island of Dreams. I always put it, Builders Paradise, and Ikea Island near my home island. Is it cheating? Maybe, if you are playing the game for the first time, but if you have finished the game several times, it's nice to play the game to just build cool bases. I do get why you wouldn't want to use them for your videos. Just thought I'd post these for anyone who is interested. There are a few more loot heavy islands that I use as well..... Suplies Suplies and Boat Builders Paradise. But there are several more and all on Steam.

They take a bit of effort to make so after several days of work, I decided to not make anymore. Check it out though, it is a nice island.
