I understand Arin 100%. Before watching this episode, I was sitting beside a window trying to finish a podcast that I was really into but I felt the need to do something with my hands at the same time. So, I tied scorpion knots (like what you see on paracord bracelets) into the window blind cords to not only make them look cool, but to make nifty pulling handles and it made it better. I knew every single thing that was being said during that podcast. Brain now full of good juice. :)

As someone with ADHD, Arin was weirdly accurate about how ADHD works. However, he did it in the most ADHD way I've ever heard.

I guess it happens when you record nothing but podcast-ahoy games (MM2, Sonic Heroes FOR THE SECOND AND THIRD TIME) without a plot-based game in the middle to compensate. They should get another visual novel if they don't want to be stuck in purgatory for the next decade.

Man... Arin really hit hard with that ADHD talk and how it feels with brain juice. I've really only succeeded in side projects and ignored major things, because it physically pains me to do what I'm supposed to do. Like I can perfectly picture myself doing it, and how easy it would be, but I can't make myself go do it. It's aggravating later on.
@songoku09873 жыл бұрын
just gotta sip on that brain juice and it'll all get to their intended destination. If it doesn't, you've got a lot of time in life to find ways to get that good ol' brain juice. Juicery doesn't close until you do. Juice.

Man, listening to Arin talk about how ADHD works has made me realise I probably have it, and it explains so much of my life it's scary. Like any time EVER I'd sit down to revise for an exam it would be PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE to concentrate, even if there were only 2 days to go and I hadn't done anything yet. It just felt so painful and uncomfortable and I never knew why. Kinda wish I'd known while at University so I didn't have to get by off of good memory alone, probably could have gotten a better grade...
