Hey! They've just updated it! Both my central plains AND Wuming Bay area are at 100% I didn't find any new chests so it's just a matter of fixing the percentages on their side!

Such a shame that Central Plains and Wuming Bay are not 100%-able. I completed all the other regions, but not being able to get the last 1-2% of those region is a bit saddening. Should have been able to get to 100%, with more chest that don't count towards completion being added later.

I actually managed to get 100% supply chests even before getting chest at 1:07:55, 1:09:30, 1:12:29, 1:15:39, 1:16:13, 1:16:38, 1:28:47, 1:29:40, 1:30:16, 1:30:49, 1:35:05, 1:36:32, 1:37:34. Total of 13 chests of "wiggle room", so they either hotfixed the problem sometime before this video release and time of this comment posting, or I somehow got the missing chests before getting the remaining by following this video. I started this video at about 50% completion on Central plains and AFTER i completed any and all quests i could find in my quest log, so maybe there are some sidequests that give chest completion? Idk. Regardless, as of posting of this comment, 100% chests and 100% central plains is absolutely possible.

either its a bug or, it'll be 100% when you finish yinlin companion quest since my assumption some yinlin quest will spawn that chest on central plain + wuming. or yinlin quest update will add some side quest which in turn also give you chest on completion
