Hello everyone, I am happy to confirm that this glitch does indeed work. Here is the method I used to achieve it: The timing on the controller is quite straightforward. You need to activate it just as the Like Like grabs it. The most challenging part for me was timing the egg. While Game is Lifer suggests pressing the B and + button as quickly as possible, this approach initially caused issues for me. Instead, take your time-you don't want to press the + button too quickly after watching the video. You need to press + just before Link disappears after returning to the game (by pressing B after watching the video). If you are still holding the egg, it means you are acting too quickly. Slow down and time the + button as close as possible to when Link disappears from the world. Additionally, I don't wait 5 seconds after watching the video. Instead, I spam the B button and time the + button just before Link reappears.

@MohammedAlhelal Like he says in the video, you get two different animations depending on if you do it too early (the egg stays held) or too late (the egg floats away or lands on the ground without breaking). So I would see what animation you're getting and adjust the speed at which you're pressing the buttons accordingly.

Two important things : 1) You can have as many attempts at the like-like glitch and egg breaking glitch as you want, don't get discouraged 2) Make sure you're closer to the bridge than in the video already when doing the egg breaking glitch. You can warp up closer to the bridge, or watch a cutscene to move towards it a little afterwards. When you've successfuly done the egg breaking glitch, IT IS IMPERATIVE you cross the bridge section in 3 tries or less, so let the cutscene play for a little longer than in the video so you can get extra time when doing so.

@@lukizru sure, I tried saving after doing the trick and getting my items and then reloading that save. Which didn't work. I then teleported to the other side of the map to see if that changed anything, which it also didn't. So instead, I went back under lookout landing to where the likelike (the big worm thing that eats you at the start of the trick) is and I killed it. That did work and brought it back to normal. I think this works because the game is glitched into thinking you're still on the stick because the likelike ate you, which it's not supposed to be able to do like that. This means that by killing it, that state is removed because it's well....dead. In short, go back under lookout landing and kill the big worm thing. Then you're perfectly fine (I think...I was at least). Hope that helps :))

Count the pulses out loud. 1,2,3,4, and on the fifth pluse or count, tape A.. after you say five tap A. Also, make sure you're standing in the correct spot to begin with, like in the video. Ok guys I think I found not a consistent way of doing the egg part but an explanation: while experimenting with the timing I’ve discovered that if you press the plus button when link is almost going to appear then you need to do the rest of the process fast, while if you press it as soon as you exit the menu with B you need to do the other things like really slowly. I’m still experimenting but this are the results that I have come across for now, hope this helps. (P.S. : if your finger is feeling tired after holding the R button while duplicating you can just press B to un hold the item that you’re holding to grab the things on the ground)

You need at least 2 eggs for this to work 😭 I started with 3 eggs at the beginning of the egg part. During my attempts i accidentally ate 2 of the eggs. When i finally got it to work i realized there were no eggs on my inventory so i couldnt actually dupe 😭 If you guys cant get it keep trying! Its really just a game of patience since the timing is so random each time. I literally got the egg to break twice, I was too happy the first time and accidentally swapped menus and on the second time i didn't have enough eggs.. Hope this helps if anyone sees it. TLDR:stock up on eggs just in case 🙏 5 or more should be good if you accidentally go too fast and eat them!!

For anyone using this method: I prefer it over Mineru as you don't have to mess with a dispenser to deal with the 21 item on the ground limit I've found more consistent success by swapping the egg for an apple and bringing a horse. I think this channel has an example. It seems that at times it's done right but the egg just doesn't break. By using the apple and horse, the horse will eat it if done right. Hope that helped a little.

This does glitch 1,000% work today. I just duped a bunch of fairies, bombs, diamonds and star fragments. I do keep running into a speedbump though. After the egg breaks and you have to keep watching the cutscene to walk, when I get to the little bridge, he will disappear and stay invisible. The cutscene won't bring him back and I'm stuck.

To preserve the glitch so that you can release the r button and take a break without ending the glitch and having to start all over is to PRESS THE SWITCH HOME BUTTON then press a to back into the game. Link will throw the item but you can go back into inventory and you'll still be holding everything. At which point you can start duping again!

@@haydengraham3067 Sorry, it’s not about the egg part. When holding the throwing item in order to be able to take the items you’ve duplicated you can keep R held down when opening your inventory. As long as you’re maning sure to REALLY keep it held down. If you’re having trouble with the egg part all I can really say is to make sure you are following all the steps, but sometimes it just doesn’t reslly work in my experience. In that case, just reload! Good luck!

Makes controls screwed up a bit. I haven't figured out how to fix it yet, but I'm sure you can. Will update if I figure it out. (It makes you unable to press a for doors and steer stick, and you cant use weapons or shields proper) Edit: seems like waiting, warping and damage does it. @@Finx64 no it's not. just a bit fiddly. it's massively op once you get but i see your point about grindiness. i mostly did it for the armour upgrades which should definitely have been toned down a bit. i've personally never found a non-satire glitch video, and because the demand isn't that high like it is in say gta online, there's not much incentive to it. you won't regret it once you get it down.

@TheVoiceofChief I tried this, make sure you go up a bit closer to the bridge... you can only watch 3 memories before you get soft locked, so you need to do it in 3. Make sure you aren't holding the stick forward before you close the menu, only move the stick after pressing - and what fixed it for me was going to the right side of the bridge instead of the middle, I think if doesn't like you going through the middle. That stopped it for me completely

I did this, egg thing took forever, but then I got 500 gibdo bones in like 2 minutes, I hated using the OG 1.2.0 dupe glitch it was so slow, but now i can dupe as much as I want. I wish their was one for Zonao Devices

I tried it 5 Times an always get stuck a the bridge, i followed some advice to do it in 3 Memory Watches ( to get across) but it still didnt work. Always get softlocked ( if u count the first wood piece (where the black wood is on the right / left side than there is a big wood piece than a gap and just before the gap i always get soft locked. kinda frustrating. Maybe sme advice ? Can i get out of the softlock ? or am i forced todo zhe whole preup again? ty

You have to cross it in 3 videos so just move a little in the first video to be just behind the white line and then go fast to cross the bridge

@@tindriller4106 I don't know... try to be at the exact position as him in the video when he comes out of the ground and when you break the egg try to move forward at the exact position as in vidéo before he cross the bridge help you with the position of link feet and of the target to place the objet and when it's good try to watch 3 memories to see if you are still visible : if not that's because you move a little to close of the bridge and if yes you can run as fast as possible with 1 or 2 memories to cross the bridge

If you messed up after finishing the Like Like part, the only way to reset the glitched state (according to another commenter) is to kill the Like Like. Try killing it and then reloading the hard save from before interacting with it. If that doesn't work, try killing it, waiting for a Blood Moon (or look up how to force one) so it respawns, then you should be able to properly start over. This is all just a guess on my part based on other people's comments.

@@toshiro-kano Keep rewatching he memory and pressing minus. You get softlocked when you turn invis, so when you are visible, that's when you can move. Keep doing it until you can walk normally to the gate.

With me, it helps to exit the game completely, turn off Switch. And go back to game. At first Time I did the Glitch without any problem, but at second time I couldn’t pass the Bridge, completely restart Console helped.

You need to reach mid of bridge within 3 memories view, otherwise you’ll be softlocked… Aftar you watch the memory, do not press B immediately… wait for at least 3 second before that, you can walk for at least half a second. Note: someone in this comment mention, the longer you watch memory, the longer link became visible

You're prolly pressing b instead of -. Pressing B will take away your ability to move.

Okay. I got in the Like Like. The placement of the control panel is important. Walk passed the stone and place the control panel the instant the interface with the stone disappears.

This glitch isnt working, i tried doing it several times and whenever i break the egg and move to the unculled area i stop halfway across the bridge, no i dont press b and i only move my joystick after exiting the memory panel

U enter the cull area at about half of the Bridge and you have to get there with 3 memories watched or Else youll get locked. So try to ascend closer to the bridge that worked for me
