If you have something that you want to duplicate but you dont have 4 of that item: You can do it with less than 4 of the item but just not more

This is literally the first glitch I've ever been able to successfully do! It even works for multiple items at the same time if you only need a couple extra of a few items. Also found out you don't need to store the excess items in a dispenser. If you have 6 of an item then when you get to the throwing stage, just throw down 6 of them until the icon disappears. Finish the glitch like normal and you'll have your original 6 plus the 4 duplicated items.

Good video! the best I've seen so far on this glitch. Although the best duplication glitch without a doubt is where you get on mineru, grab 5 items, press Y+B and that's it, as simple as that. I'm still on version 1.1.1 and I can use it!

3:46 - When you select any item, you can also directly de-select it. You do not have to keep and drop it in order to drop the duplicated ones. The advantage is: Instead of dropping the 4 items you're holding, just put them into the dispenser and pick up the 4 thrown ones. Savess a lot of time.

Me, @@kaluimoku2467? at 3:46 an additional item was taken. After that all 5 items were dropped. You need not drop this additional item. Just take it and then put it away. Then if you drop the items you're holding, it's just the four duplicated ones. Regarding the dispenser: You know about the 21 item limit? To work around that, you can put items into a dispenser. So instead of dropping your 4 items and then picking them up and then putting them into the dispenser, you can put them directly into the dispenser. Does this answer your question?

You can also use it with less than 4 materials. But it will only give you the x2 of that material (sorry if im not explaining how it needs to be im not too good at my english) Example: 2 diamonds = +2 diamonds with the glitch, so you would have 2 more diamonds (4 diamonds)

I found a much easier way of blocking off the door so nothing can escape the dispenser. I used a stake and put it all the way in, then attached a stabilizer to it. Nothing's getting out of there that way!

It seems like you cannot duplicate resources that cannot be thrown. You can’t throw fairies, lizards, darmers, fish, etc. Is there a way to use this glitch for the things that can run away on drop? You can throw diamonds and zonite. Zonite isn’t that hard to find and mine. Waiting for diamonds to appear can be a bother when trying to upgrade armor to level 4 and already spent most of your gems.

@gameislifer just use the paraglider glitch for version 1.1.1 you jump paraglider IMMEDIATLY press the plus button hold 5 or less of what you wanna dupe and press Y and B and the exact same time and it works the same with a shield jump

it works. if the goal is just to make money for rupees, then you need to turn it near the new village on the bridge, I made 4 of them and sold them. and repeat this until the amount you need. in one go 4 diamonds, that is 2000 rupees.

Since internet had the enough speed for developers to push updates for their games, most of them have patched glitches on those updates as they can release the game sooner as still be able to fix it on the go. No recent game is really finished until the developers stop giving it support

Name one. I bet you can't, lol. To determine the glitch better, you should consider if the glitch works in all versions of TOTK and not just in one particular version. Get it? Because if you ask me, I can show you an item glitch better than a Y+B combo. But because it only works on older versions of TOTK, I didn't consider it the best
