Character creation: some races have different perks. Gender also effects your skills Do I choose to be a male orc warrior? Do I choose to be a female assassin? Do I just hit randomise? And then there's making your character as aesthetically pleasing as possible. Do I make my character look rugged and battle-worn? Do I make my character the most beautiful and unscathed spectacle to ever grace the earth? Do I just hit randomise? Hair colour Skin / fur / scale / other colour Eye colour Eye shape Nose type Etc etc Why do you spoil me with such creative freedoms, character creation? *WHY!!*

FaultyTurds why? The quest items in borderlands (especially when there’s a choice) are usually not good. You’re better off looting legendaries or finding a gun you like, and choosing only the side quests with items you want. Borderlands does not have that problem, they just have a lot of loot so of course a lot of it has to not be overpowered or even good Loot shooters are just like that. There’s a ton of good bad and average guns.

Here's one I'm pretty sure at least 80% of us have had to deal with. Should you spend time with your girlfriend/wife or play your game. For sure when I'm playing a new game, I'll use "normal" for the difficulty. It's usually the difficulty that the game was designed on, so it's closer to what the studio intended the game to play like. More often than not, higher difficulties involve "bullet sponge" mechanics that, while making the game more difficult, doesn't really make it more fun, just more tedious.

My solution: 10. Side quests first, because some games make them unavailable if you progress too far in the main story. 9. Check before killing 8. Scratch, if you don't you are going to suck at the game you are playing anyway 7. Knife only if stealth is highly required 6. New games, period. 5. I'd play the good guy first, then the other options if I'm curious (like Infamous endings) 4. I highly prefer physical copies of my games so this has never been an issue for me (Playstation user). 3. Hard one, depends on the situation since it is an RTS. 2. I always start on hard difficulty unless the game does not allow you to do so (like The Last Of Us). 1. Easy, buy the one you like. You can always find others who play that game on forums or MP lobbies. Maybe you can make new online friends because of this.

What to do with all of the unique collectible items in Skyrim. Like the dragon claws, the gem paragons, the daedric weapons, etc. One reason I really want to get it on PC and play with mods is because the immersive college of winterhold mod actually gives you a room with spots to store and display all of those things, under the logic that, as archmage, you wouldn't want these rare, valuable, and often dangerous artefacts just lying around in some chest. Instead you get a vault-like inner sanctum that can only be accessed using a specific spell that only you have.

People love to talk about games, especially AAA titles, so the internet is going to be full of spoilers. So, do I buy the AAA one, or give up the internet until I get around to playing it later?

In KSP, there's this "tech tree" where you can unlock certain parts for your rockets. This will also allow you to unlock other parts later on. However, you have to spend science points to unlock new parts, and science is obtained by doing science experiments on other planets. I usually don't have a lot of science to spend, so I have to choose what mode to unlock, which can take several minutes for me.

Something to correct about your point on game saves: you only have a limited number of slos/amount of space for saves in Skyrim when playing on Playstation, on 360 I had at least 15 characters and on XB1 I have several times that.

Also in various games - Go canon or go your own way? In single-player games with cheats or console comands - To cheat or not to cheat? To restart a game or to continue? Especially in the times you're not satisfied with your gameplay (taken lots of damage, feel like a jerk in most situations, low on in-game resources).

Thats when I caught myself and said "Games are NOT a responsibility, they are a relief from responsibility." and from that day forward I have ALWAYS played the game that I wanted to play, and I have been much happier for it :)
