Sebulba's rig is the most fun to drive. Fast as hell, but with very little grip, so it drifts all the time. It takes a lot of skill.

I've always found this stat confusing for hovering vehicles. what does it do exactly?

​​@@tlotpwist3417 It's about drifting. Some rigs drift more in bends, other drift less. Those drifting more are difficult to control and suitable for higher-skill players. There is a class of upgrades called "repulsorgrip", whose purpose is to increase the "grip" and make the vehicles easier to control.

@@lucianene7741 thx. So they split the turning prowess of vehicles between 2 stats, turning and grip, if we dont take air brakes in consideration (they are activated by a button). Does one of the two have higher influence on turning ease than the other, like for instance good grip bad turning > bad grip good turning?

@@tlotpwist3417 Bad grip equals bad turning, especially when you have to negotiate your passge to avoid obstacles or to keep your vehicle on a high travk that engures the shortest path. Bad grip equals poor control over your trajectory.

I hate that race. I got the worst possible part damaged on the previous race ie the engine and i cant keep up with sebulba or even hold a place on the podium to finish that fucking championship, because of the reduced speed. Cant even buy a better condition part

Yes, but capped at 30 fps However the PC and PS4 and PS5 and Xbox ports are all 60 fps (PC can go higher) so this makes the game even more faster
