Fallout 76 PTS MAP EXPANSION # 16 Dark Hollow Manor.

I found this mansion and the underground basement, but I couldn't find get in the underground part of the mansion. The quest "Calm Before The Storm" doesn't show up on my Pip boy, I don't know why. I'm very confused as to how you get in this place. When I'm at the mansion it doesn't even label it on the map even though I'm already here. I don't know what I'm doing wrong or need to do differently, please help thank you.

Lt. Colonel Oberlin does sound familiar, I haven't yet checked any notes but I'm positive he was involved at the Atlas observatory experiment. Edit, well that serves me for commenting before the video ended!
