For the second room, I did it another, slightly easier way. I put the "heavy" on the fan near the exit, and a "jump" just before it. This way you don't have to move the "speed" orb midway through your run. I had no idea "speed" makes your little dudes run over gaps. Super Metroid flashbacks....
