First person also activates motion controls, so all you have to do is turn on 3D mode and you really have yourself a drink driving experience

The first person mode has gyro scope and you can turn it off by going to the mario kart channel select your mii, go to settings, and turn off gyro sensor so that you can use first person without any gyro but still use the circle pad.

Yeah you’re the only one that doesn’t know this. They show you in the trailer, it’s tilted controls, it’s something that I wish Nintendo would put on Mario kart 8 and 8 deluxe but to do this, you can press up on the d pad to turn it on and down to turn it off
