@@user-hx6gs9rq7u You can hold off that mission, you don't have to do it right away. If you just chose to ride out a lot and go hunting, then there's not much reason to proceed with the story missions anyway. I have several saves. But I have one in which I stayed in chapter two, just doing challenges and a lot of trapping and exploring, taming horses, looking for collectables, making tallismans etc. Over time it has resulted in my Arthur being a big healthy, overweight (I camp a lot, eating at campfires) cowboy, with a size 9 beard and a bunch of rare clothes and tallismans. Weapons are also not necessarily a reason for proceeding story mode. It's more difficult but a lot of weapons can be found out in the wilderness, without having them being unlocked. Even the bolt action rifle can be found early on in chapter 2, same counts for the double action revolver and the semi auto shotgun etc.

Chapter 2 was the second Golden Age of the Van Der Lin gang If it weren’t for the damn Pinkertons It was where they got to go to a town and do some other stuff and it is also when you are completely free to explore and do what ever you want Also you can see the overall mood of the gang which is hopeful and all the girls in camp are happy once more

Proof Uncle is not Red Harlow is that his hand is not horribly burnt, and Harlow burned his hand grabbing a revolver that was in a fire, which even after a long time would leave his hand scarred. Also Red Dead Revolver takes place in 1880, Uncle was born way before Harlow was born, and Harlow is about in his 20s in the story, RDR2 takes place in 1899 which is only (roughly) 19 years after Revolver.

This one sometimes takes a while, at some point Susan will approach you and ask you to talk to John, there can be time where you have no mission, in my case it came while I had 2 on the side and hadn’t played a mission for a long time. You’ll get it sooner or later, by the way, look on the ridge north of carmondy del for some easy money.

Man, chapter 3 and especially 2 were so peaceful and much more lighthearted compared to chapter 5 and 6 and even some of chapter 4 where things start to go downhill. Also even the music is very peaceful and upbeat. I actually finished my second playthrough of the story mode and chapter 2 is just so much fun.
