One correction, the otherside disc is not rare at all. If you go into the Ancient City, I am convinced it has a 100% drop rate. I have been in 4-5 ancient cities in my 1.20 world and I have gotten it more than once. I now have around 12 copies of the otherside music disc and I kept getting angry every time I got it. I literally hand them out to people when they join my world as a starting gift lol

Skeleton with a sword is only happenable in hard mode and skeleton can get any sword on the ground. So the player killed a wither skeleton and it dropped a stone sword then skeleton get it. Thats it
