If Argus stepped up as Rain's dad, he likely would be more like Taven. Rain was like Daegon after Shinnok tricked him - only Rain was lied to his entire life.

Argus basically made a whoopsie and threw Rain away to keep a secret from his wife. Rain definitely has some justification to his anger.

@Jesus-hu4lq It is unknown if Delia ever acknowledged Rain's existence since Argus did not acknowledge that Rain existed. Delia is merely a surviving victim witnessing the vengeance to Rain.

Is Funny how Rain’s Story was Originally going to be Tremor’s but changed it by how many People wanted him being Playable,Rain is Based On the Musical Prince with one of his biggest hits Purple Rain and the Rest is History,Armageddon Cemented his Personality and Origin and MK9,MKX,and MK11 Embraced the Purple Demigod Ninja that’s the Franchise’s Embodiment of Selfishness with a God Complex,Honestly Rain has the Biggest Potential to be One of Mortal Kombat’s Greatest Villains and Explore the Sins of the Father More,Shinnok might be a Corrupted Elder God that’s Disgusted with the Remaining of the One Being Living in the Realms but Argus is a Terrible God that Failed to Protect Edenia,Cheated on his Wife,Wanted to Destroy Everyone by a Fear of Armageddon Happening,and Ruining His Sons Lives by Taven Witnessing Daegon going Mad and Rain growing up with Nothing to the Point He Became an Egotistical Mad Man that Sees Everything and Everyone Below Him,Rain is a Great Character to See and I Hope and Pray We Get to See More of Him in MK1.

@@GamerThumbTV And not only that, it was a gateway game into the Final Fantasy games for me, I should hate on Square-Enix for the delay but Nintendo is stubborn with their cartridges too, but whatever we got our remake and FF9 is going to be amazing AF when it comes out, and the best part are the new soundtracks to be released, don't know what I'm looking forward to more tbh.
