GG, a couple pointers that might help you. 1. don't ignore your gunner that's also repping you. He can likely repair faster than one infantry shooting rockets (exception for the rocket truck). Don't have him rep a little then leave him in the dust. Several times that game they were running after you asking to get back in the vehicle and you just left them. They're less likely to help you again. Treat them like gold, they'll keep you alive much longer. 2. someone was giving you free SOFLAM's the first half of the game and you weren't capitalizing on it. It's not as glamorous, but it does 45 damage instead of 30. Wait for your LAV to lock, then fire. That will also motivate the guy SOFLAMing to keep it up (notice how he quit the second half). 3. be more careful driving in the LAV so you don't get stuck so often. Spend a little more time with thermal off so you can see obstacles. Don't drive too fast on the sides of the map where it's easy to get stuck. 4. when playing as gunner, don't let your gun overheat, it gets very inaccurate at the end. Better to tap fire. Look the opposite direction as your driver in most cases where there's heavy infantry traffic to avoid surprises. That also make infantry scared to approach your vehicle - they'll learn to leave you alone or not get too close. I would love to see a match where you're tank gunner with incendiary for a whole match. 5. I was surprised your LAV never got stolen because you were repping it often in medium traffic areas. Safer to go farther away (unless you're about to die). Better yet, just stop and let your gunner repair you and don't move until he's back in the vehicle. That non-verbal communication can help you keep a great gunner, which keeps you alive. 6. At 19:58 you can see the rocket truck firing on your screen, which should tell you to drive away fast. You said it was unlucky he got you. Maybe it was unlucky you didn't notice him. I hope you don't mind the critiques. I would love you play along side you in tank or LAV. @@SilkOCE hey i know a glitch or exploit with the aa mine if you could call it that. So apparently if you shoot a tv missile when a mine is placed if you directly or pass near the target the mine will trigger and track that aircraft that you shot the tv missile at. I was wondering if there was 4 engineers with their aa mines placed and one support player and all of the engineers should be running tv missiles on the attack boat. Btw you can place the aa mine anywhere you want as long as you the player is in the tv missile and shooting the aircraft you want killed.

Are you saying that if you shoot a TV missile near an AA mine, and that AA mine is near an enemy aircraft, the TV missile will then move towards and track that aircraft? Sort of like the TV missile itself was the AA mine?

I already do this lol. SCAR-H SV with FLIR and target detector. Works especially well on Lost Islands, Paracel Storm, and Hainan Resort.

They're the most irritating thing even on maps with jets. Hainan Resort is a prime example. LAVs have nice, long sightlines on infantry and are hard to stop if you don't catch them already damaged or immobilized. It's a great map to play on as an LAV driver myself. Had some great killstreaks there.

Being able to smothly disengage and leave to avoid damage is everything, with whatever vehicle. If you can do that well, heal and go in again, you dont have to be a pro at aiming because you'll engage often enough to do damage. But thats more about situational awareness and not all players get that.

I always make sure to use their laser designation. If I'm not using a laser-designatable rocket launcher, I'll find a TOW launcher. Can't disappoint the rare Recon player that actually helps out the vehicles on his team.
