GAMES Training: HWPO Athletes in Vermont

The culmination of the season kicks off August 1st in Madison with the 2023 CrossFit Games, and these HARD WORKERS are ready. Coaches Mat Fraser, Jake Marconi and Josh Godinez supported several HWPO athletes on-site this summer and in this episode, you can tag along on a garage gym session and 5k run.
You can also score a peek at one of Sammy's favorite dessert recipes from the Feeding the Frasers cookbook, homemade while hosting dinner for the team including Katrin Davíðsdóttir, Jayson Hopper, Rogan Dean, Jake Douglas and Ste Fawcett, along with Victor Hoffer and Jacqueline Dahlstrøm.

This seems a lot like f1. These training camps have a lot of "drivers" but there can only be one number 1. Like imagine training under proven but the coach is married to and has a child with one of top athlete. Has to be a conflict of interest
