Games World Final 1994

I remember this TV Games World show very well and this 2nd Season of the show. I remember all the eliminator champions from this TV show including not only this guy Shazad Akram (who also became supreme champion in the Grand Final at the end of Season 2 of this show on Saturday 2nd April 1994) but also Mark Towse. I'll never forget when these 2 guys captured the Eliminator Champion's bomber jacket on Monday's Eliminator and Beat The Elite. And I remember all the videators including not only Big Boy Barry and the evil Violet Blade but also Mr. Mathers the Megabyte Millionaire. And I remember the Violet Blade and Mr. Mathers getting beaten at the Grand Final at the end of this season of this show on Saturday 2nd April 1994 but I also remember when the Violet Blade got beaten by Wednesday's Eliminator champion Russell Patterson on Beat The Elite on Friday 19th February 1994 and when Mr. Mathers got beaten by Monday's Emilinator champion Mark Towse on Beat The Elite the week before that on Friday 12th February 1994. It's too bad there are no videos of any those episodes of Games World's 2 Eliminators and Beat The Elite here on KZbin.

I've got maybe 100 or so. They're nearly all third and fourth season, though. The fourth season was really bad.

Before youtube this format worked, but nowadays streamers set up their own competitions independent of TV networks.

Sooo much 90's 'tude! The choice of games were bizarre. "You're the best games players in the country, but how to decide who's the best? I know, let's pit you against each other on a shareware Amiga game, a pinball game and Cash Dash!" The best prizes on offer were the Mega Drive and SNES at the bottom of the prize pool!
