Crazy to me that he's playing and commentating at the same time. I admittedly haven't watched a _lot_ of GDQ, but from what I _have_ watched I'm used to seeing a separate commentator so the player can concentrate on the game. What a boss!

the thing with the original is that there's a max number of projectiles onscreen at the same time, as far as I remember, you cannot spam bullets like that in the original, thus making bosses so much harder

lmao, no, they really weren't. Even if they play on the same principle of "Hard to increade gameplay time", games like these are made much harder not to ensure players don't beat them in arcades to steal coins, but for pure masochistic challenge.
