I asked the guy who did it, gifvex, and he said that stream didn't get saved (apparently it was very long and there was a lot of working stuff out as he went along), but he wants to revisit the idea sometime and make it more of a speedrun. Here's hoping!

the add 30 second microwave hack is the only way i use a microwave because no matter the amount of time is needed for food it starts heating. it always is faster, unless you are trying to prepare something else and more than 4 button pushes would be slower than just punching in the time.

You can't actually stop with lvl 3s because a huge part of attack power comes from your level doubling with your levels. So a lvl 50 with 50 attack is stronger than a lvl 5 with 250 attack. (tried it with the weedle line)

Nothing. it's just an empty pokeball on the table. Oak only had 1 pokemon, that's why he was out in the grass. He was trying to catch something so he would have a second pokemon so he could give both of the trainers one.

I feel superior for having a twist dial on my microwave; looks like an old radio tuner. No buttons to hit no start to press just a quick finger twist. Not having a clock on it is honestly a plus side because I don't have to worry about resetting it after power outages and daylight savings time, plus it's a tiny bit more eco-friendly for lighting up. (Ref. Convo around the 3hr26m mark)

I could only play this game in handheld mode because of the catching.. the ball never goes where I want it to. It feels completely random. I’ll throw to the left and it goes to the right. So I used handheld so I could just aim and press A. So much better.
