This is probably one of the best commentary of the entire event, like great runner/couch interaction.
@trumpeter8117 жыл бұрын
A good fast one is cool,but a great commentary and friends who you can tell are really having fun makes a run better then even the more technical runs
@Zeroxmachine16 жыл бұрын
Yeah i love when runners have fun while running and enjoy what they do instead of having these elitists only saying comments like "so this so and so saved like, three frames" and nobody cares. Runners should bring fun to the event, cuz its already impressive to speedrun the game to non-runners as it is so no need for it to be any good compared to PBs and WRs. This run is a good example of why i love to watch GDQs.

If I am correct beating the game without dying Malon turns into a seagull before the island goes bye bye and she lives her dream of flying around or whatever.
@atraxos5 жыл бұрын
Mostly correct: once the island vanishes and Link awakens, there's a scene in which Marin's face appears in the sky and is replaced by a seagull, heavily implying she got her wish to fly around and sing her song wherever she goes.

I'm shocked when they said that speedrunners did not know until a week before this run that the red tunic speeds up picking up objects with the power braclet. I've known it for years upon year ever since I first chose the red tunic in the game and noticed that Link picks stuff up faster.

+SleepyMime AGDQ is for the Prevent Cancer Foundation. SGDQ is for Doctors Without Borders. Both are extremely good charities that go to good causes. Doctors shouldn't be limited to helping people in the country they live in when there are surviving war victims and people in third world countries where people die everyday from disease, injury, infection, and so much more. Give help to those who need it. Let doctors save lives all over the world. This is what Doctors Without Borders is all about.

It's interesting that you left level 6 till last. I remember level 6 as the one (apart from levels 1, 2 and 3 obviously) that you can access before you've even completed level 3 (without exploiting any glitches). But I don't think I've ever tried *completing* the levels out of sequence - maybe I should give it a go some time.
