@@thyMomma actually it’s the other way around. The magnets and Hall effect are the tech, and the zero deadzone and drift resistance are both features which are more easily implemented as a result of the Hall effect.

If you don’t mind/don’t notice the deadzone issue on your current Xbox controller, then there’s not much reason to go with gamesir. I’ve been loving it personally, but again it’s because I’m cursed to hate the Xbox series controllers lol

Thanks for putting me on Brodie💯💯💯💯💯, I just literally bought the DualSense edge controller because i finally wanted to try back paddles and the other cool custom shit…it’s nice and all, but the back paddles definitely get in the way, no matter which size I use. And for $200…those mfs just literally released a companion app for pc support with the controller like 2 days ago, keep in mind that the controller came out like January of last year. Ridiculous, I love PlayStation too, but I’m on pc now lol…might be returning the edge💀💀💀💀💀🤦🏾‍♂️

I used this for Ranked play and it was great, then I tried doing what all the pros use and tried a ps4 controller. After a day of the ps4 controller I went back to the gamesir, the gamesir g7 feels so nice in the hands and the thumbsticks are great. Although I changed out the Gamesir stock thumb sticks for factory Xbox one controller thumb sticks as the concave feels much better than the gamesir sticks

Hey! I have played with ps4 controllers my whole life and hate how loose the series x sticks feel. Do you think the stick tension of the Gamesir feel similar at all? I heard the sticks are loose but I’m not sure. All I know is I play max sens and FOV sniping and my aim has never been as good as it was on PlayStation. Gamesir G7 SE is the best controller 0.00002 jitter test on both sticks AND 0.4% circularity test bought it to try it out thinking i wouldn’t see a difference and i was proved wrong i also thought the wire was gonna bother me but nah fam im too accurate now i tried using a elite controller and i couldn’t do it. The G7 is the main reason why i bought a custom Elite 2 controller with Hall effect sticks for the comfortability

gamesir nexus application on xbox and pc, for higher report rate on xbox you need to toggle the option on pc/laptop first otherwise your on default 250 hz report rate.

So my character is still moving left but the stick is already centered. Same with if I move my character right. Never up or down tho. So I think one of the potentiometers got damaged or got dust or some shee. I mainly used dual sense edge n flydigi apex 4 now. The apex 4 is op AF. I wanna buy the new razer wolverine v3. Waiting for it to come back in stock

Yes. The sticks feel very weird at first. You’ll get used to it but for like a week it sucks. It’s because the sticks are so smooth because there Hall effect but once u get used to it ur aim will be better than before

@@Kai_tess okay so look up on KZbin ThePhototechy. He just fixed the problems I was have. When ur on xbox on 1000hz the console doesn't recognize ur controller. I noticed my micro adjusting was off, my buttons were delayed sometimes while pressing them. Switched to 500hz and it really changed a lot. Aim is was smoother. My snap is back. 100% the best controller with the right settings. 500hz is the move on console for sure. I'm back in top 250 lobbies. I was struggling against plats lmao. I knew something was wrong.

Some people are just casual players who prefer wireless controllers. This controller isn't that great regardless, whether if it was wireless or not. It's mediocre at best.

Given that most competitive players use more higher-end controllers like Scuf, Hexgaming, Aim controllers, ModdedZone, or elite's... I bought this controller 1 month ago just for the hall effect joystick, which has the function to never have stick drift, and that's a big advantage compared to standard controllers. I don't like wired controllers but the fact that the cable is 3 meters is no longer disturbing at all. In my opinion this controller is better than standard controllers
