If you don’t want to waste Bobby pins, the one by the 3 silos cane be accessed by going around the shed and entering a weapon workbench through the window, but you will have to fast travel out. (You can do this trick in a lot of places, including camps)

#2 you can glitch yourself into the shed thing if you don't have the lock-pick skill needed for the door yet or out of bobby pins, just jump and press e on the weapon workbench through the window, then just fast travel out.

Actually u can gain access by traveling on the right side of the power plant and there is an entrance that u have to climb stairs to get too. No hacking/lock picking needed

for number 2 there's 3 ways to get in, first is to lockpick it 2 is to hope its unlocked small chance Or get the key by the shed with the farmers corpse you will know you're near when you see bee swarms and bee hives.

Hey btw there's also a power armor suit in the river gorge bridge, down the west side there's a door that requires a key that you can obtain on the rollercoaster that the theme park in the bottom left of the map *forgot the name* and then there's another suit in a little shed next to the factory at the grafton dam too.

I’m new to the game I’ll have to check these out. On my own I have found a spawn at the red rocket station in the black area south of the map I think south of that damn BMV. The fourth floor of the brotherhood insane asylum area, fort defiance I think. And crash site alpha I think usually has a set usually spawn there. You go there from the brotherhood quest with the transmitters, I also found one in the city but one twice just the once nearby where a crashed vertibird is. Morgan town I want to say. There is also a super mutant camp up north on the way to start the scouts quest I found a shed to the left with a station and even when the armor was not there I found power armor in the lootable storage. Just got to fight mutants. They’re is a event there usually to about catching one.

The one behind a locked door you can glitch into the room by clicking a on the crafter in the room then once you are in you teleport out so basically I found a way to get the power armor for free

Theres also 2 spots for power armor I frequently visit purely for the Power Cores that is the brotherhood outpost near Vault 76 and the First Responders Camp near Vault 76. The armor spawn is rare sometimes and people tend to take it but it'll appear in the Power armor stations. The first responder station is by the tinker bench where you make care pakages and the brotherhood one is near one of those snipers perch elevated thingies that you need to climb stairs to get to thats also next to a table with cooking supplies on it

Good spot is the train yard. Than just a bit south west theres a abandoned green building its got traps Spikes, mines, etc. But its a close by double hotspot.

I swear, when you have all but one piece it makes the spawn rate drop significantly. It took me AGES to get a raider right leg. I literally was cycling through spawn after spawn and it would be random variations of everything but the right leg

At Poseidon plant You need lvl 3 hacking to get in or you can take long way fighting enemies and there’s turrets plus to get armor you need lockpick 2 because its locked behind gate
