Hey ESO, there is also a Power Armor at/above the loading bay of Arktos Pharma, which is east of the Overseers camp. There is an icon on the map, that reminds me of a castle. You can access a technical floor through a hole in the ceiling of the loading bay. And its a small detour to Morgantown train yard or airport.

Awesome guide, I found the 3rd one by the grain silos because I cleared the three houses at the top. If anyone likes a little story, check upstairs in the shed, theres a letter and skele, a feud between two brothers. Along the rocky outline by the field you'll find the other brother and THE KEY to the shed. Gg and see yall out there!

For me, I get my power armor in the bog, in these old BOS camps. They usually have T-60. These locations are close to the north and northwest sides of the bog.

For unlimited fusion cores go to the Poseidon energy plant and power it up and take the work shop and use the fusion core generator, since this is a power plant there is no need for generators as you can use power from the plant via the power connectors to the right of the fusion core generator

Many thanks!! My friend & I were able to get power armor from two of the locations you mentioned & found another in a building in a town overrun with super mutants all on the same server. The town is in the Toxic Valley and is somewhat east of the theme park with the alligator (can't recall the name). The room the power armor is in is upstairs. Sorry I can't give more accurate info. I'm drawing from memory and it's not a great one anymore, I'm afraid!

A trick I learned is that, if you're running around collecting frames with higher level parts and you already have a frame, you can hop out of your power armor, move the high level armor to the old frame, and hop into the new one. This is abusing the auto-recall function to store the 40+ pounds of armor you can't use in a 10 pound package in your inventory. Even if it's just one part, that's still a 4 pound weight savings.

I also found early game power armor at the very long bridge(high up in elevation) that goes over the beginning town. There is a door underneath the bridge(on catwalk) on each end of bridge.. on the "east bridge" side there is locked door.. go towards middle of bridge(on catwalk still) and there is a pre-war corpse laying on a box with a key... it's only way to open the east door.. inside is armor and a repair station along with a crafting station... GL! Love your content

So I have built my settlement south of Flat-woods just under the giant bridge, and about two days of staying there I have had two sets of power armor spawned at my location. P.S. If you go to look it is about 50 steps south from the Flat-woods Red Rocket gas station. The spawn is rare so be warned if you go to look and find nothing. All sets are just frames and they come with no fusion core. Another place I found my first set in is in the Poseidon Power plant just on the lower levels. If you haven't been there be prepared to fight a few scorched and you may take some rads. I found a T-45 Helmet and Torso on mine and it comes with a fusion core, spawn may vary. If you are looking for a place to find fusion cores. i have found two spawning areas that are not to far from Flat-woods. First is North West of Flat-woods at a military control tower. You will have to fight robots and turrets. You should find it in the building on the right of the terminal. The other is at Wade Airport in the control tower. You will have to fight super mutants so be warned. Also you will need to either unlock the door on the roof with a level 1 lock picking perk or hack the terminal which anyone can do. I hope this was somewhat helpful. Best of luck Vault dwellers.

i dont know what his strategy is but I found cores in ruins. . . near vault 76 there is one on akhos pharma or something . . . using this server hop logic I can see a easy way of farming it . . . get the core . . server hop . . . get another one . . . and so on . . . . this server hops thing will problably be patched eventualy if this keeps up.

I know there should at least be one repeatable event that produces cores. Some factory somewhere. This is likely to be one of the most predictable and reliable ways to get them I bet, becaue repeatable events seem to repeat a lot, and cores should be garantueed assuming you complete it. Source: one of the initial youtuber event footage reels - maybe juicehead's?

ESO, I did get raider powerarmor at the Crosshair today. It was a lvl 15 req, a Torso (40 resist), a right arm and a right leg (25 resists). The location was empty the frist time i got there, but then i switched worlds 2 or 3 times then got it. I then spent maybe 20 mins switching worlds to try to get more of the set, but it was empty each time... so it seems kinda rare.

The main draw backs are that if you dont have the helmet on the frame you cannot use your pip boy light. And early game there are very few fusion cores to get your hands on.

1) You need fusion cores to power it, and if you do a lot of sprinting, they run out very quickly. Currently there's a bit of an exploit where you can log out and back in and your fusion cores automagically recharge to full, but they'll fix that eventually, at which point the cores may be a major pain point. 2) Can't sneak effectively in power armor. Early on this doesn't matter too much since that 60 damage resist makes you very hard to kill, and there aren't many good stealth perks anyway, but later on this may or may not be an issue. Certainly if you like skulking about, and sniping enemies for phat sneak attack damage, power armor won't suit your play style. 3) There are a LOT of damage resist perks in the game that do not work with power armor, because they're meant to level the playing field, so to speak, for non power armor users. So the advantage of wearing power armor may not be as great then.

I think the biggest con is it slows you down considerably and uses up AP faster, so as long as you dont mind those things go for it, or equip a perk card for faster AP regen.

Idk if this will help y’all at all, but if you do the “Fire Breathers” mission there will be a chance of power armor to spawn at the end of the mission near the mine in ash heap. It wasn’t in the buildings first , but when I finished the mission and had to go back to talk to, whatever his name was, there was a T-60 sitting right bedside him

I found a glitch to save weight on power armour, I don’t know if I was the first person to find it but here goes. Place an empty power armour chassis on the ground. Place a fusion core in the power armour. Get in the power armour. Get out the power armour. Transfer the power armour pieces onto the chassis. Fast travel to another location. The power armour will be recalled into your inventory, but the only weight present is the chassis. Eg a full set of power armour on a chassis in your inventory will weigh only 10! You can then store in your stash and it will still only weight 10! I have 3 sets of completed power armour in my stash weighing only 30 using this method

Btw currently some of these are heavily guarded now since the new update just be cautious as a new player now , can be done if you're dedicated to it. 1. Scorched/Gouls (easy) 2. Just traps (easy) 3. Guarded with Cults now instead of scorches (pretty tough at first) 4. Flies that drain blood from you instead of Scorches (easy) 5. Is Guarded with cults and raiders now (tougher but if you sneak in you're set) 6. covered with Blood Eagles (tough)

The north location has one extre tip you should know about. There is a key for that door north across the field at another shack with beehives above. The wheelbarrow has a farmers corpse with that shed key on him.

ESO i found another location that has power armor as well, the place is called lewis and sons farming supply, which is southwest from vault 76 and near camden park on the map. it's right beside the roadway leading to camden park. to find it their is a metal warehouse at the location and a greenhouse as well. the power armor is in the warehouse.

So I found this out after doing a few server hops. If your walking around in power Armor and your core is getting low, just quit to main menu then hit play and you’ll find your core is back at 100% (Must be a bug)

I don't know if someone mentioned it, but there is another power armor location that you probably did not cover. I saw it in someone else's stream and I can't recall where it is on the map, but there is a location that is either a mental asylum or a prison and within the courtyard in one of the buildings inside the wall is a power armor spawn point.

There are actually quite a few other locations for power armor, for example the dam north of Morgantown, as well as inside the Poseidon power plant in a maint area the are a couple places they can spawn there. And quite a few others in different towns and areas as well

I found one during the powering up Poseidon event. It is locked in a cage next to a power armor repair station. I was able to get the armor without unlocking the room by accessing the repair statio.

I can officially consider myself the first person to discover how to get the excavator power armor, I have seen 0 videos or talk on how to get it, you don’t find it you have to craft it in a quest you receive after finding a poster/advertisement of the power armor, the power armor has to be crafted and requires level 25 to use

There's one that spawns in monogah power plant but the enemies there range from lvl 10-16 i barely cleared it solo at lvl 6 took me about 1 hour and using all my ammo lol. Once you clear there's an area that has the power armor but the amazing part is there's a WORKSHOP you can claim that generates fusion cores for you

There is also some at the east bridge above flat you have to go to the metal bridge blow it but some times it is locked so search the bridge for the east bridge key

To world hop easier press start then LB or L1 for social menu. simply click your own name and then "Leave World". It will get you to main menu faster.

nuka plant has PA in the basement as well, i think there's also two spots to get fusion cores there too (don't quote me on that)

In Charlestown if you do the mining hq quest and rescue the drill in the basement their is rare power amour that can spawn there
