Unfortunately this plugin has been de listed for now on Decky Loader. I have always found the desktop method better for me anyway and is still working great. I did this a few weeks ago just to get the epic store and everything worked perfectly. Today I uninstalled a couple games I beat and installed a couple new ones and they won’t show up in the non steam library? I had auto scan turned on, but even pressing manual scan isn’t doing anything. Any ideas?

hello, i want to ask, when i instal ea app, its not shown in non steam game, but the orther like battlenet,ubisoft shown...i also try scan , but nothing happen to?? did you know how to fix it?

I also have this issue but with all non steam games - no shortcuts for games of battlenet, ubisoft or ea - don't know why :-(

Thank you for this video. Sadly I can't get it to install GOG. It says installed successfully but the icon does not show up anywhere. Even in desktop mode - it's not in all applications. Pretty odd. Epic and EA installed just fine.

Nice.. Quick questions tho. 1:18 do you strongly recommend to install Wine Cellar first, then Non-Steam Launcher? What happened if we don't? 3:20 do you recommend to uninstall owned games for related launchers first, before installing the 3rd party launcher?

Umm... well in order for steam to "see" the new proton it needs to be restarted so it doesn't matter hw you do it

Nonsteamlauncher will install the latest geproton if u dont have it. But at that point youa re alrdy installing the launchers so unpess you stop akd restart the deck it will default to experimental layer. Its easier to maoe sure you alrdy have the newest proton later rdy to go ahead of time. Just a tip not a need

Unfortunately, following each step, nothing shows up in the non steam deck folder, every launcher states its downloaded but cannot find anywhere. Any idea on this?

Followed your tutorial. But having trouble signing up my google account into epic, it always says the steam deck google browser is not secure enough and won't let me sign in. Is there a work around?

when I don't have an internet connection and I launch any game from the "non-launcher", the game closes immediately

same thing for me. For whatever reason GOG is just installing forever but EA and Epic no problem

My main question is...can you change screen size and do button mapping for GoG games?I've tried with heroic,but I dont see an option for either and it's aggravating to play mkt in a small screen and forced analog stick movement smh

For whatever reason, installing non steam launchers is a mixed bag. The EA and Epic app installed fairly quickly but GOG and Rockstar took forever or just hang there and I had to restart after like 40 minutes.

Ran into an issue. I first followed the steps at your first video (installing via Desktop) and this didn't quite work. Then I saw in the comments the link to this video, followed the steps. But then it speed-ran all installs and nothing changed. So I tried to uninstall all launchers first via desktop mode. Then also did start fresh in desktop mode. Then I launched gamemode, reinstalled the plugin, started fresh in the plugin, and yet it speed-runs the installs except now all the launchers don't even show in steam anymore. Nothing else works. Any tips?

@@aivaras1174 it would be awesome to use links in description to reach out to the dev with issues so he can work on them. I will also relay the message best I can. If you absolutely cant get this to work you may try the desktop method instead. It does seem more reliable at the moment.

how do i set up the trackpads so I can scroll vertically when in launcher? I set up the right trackpad as a mouse with the left mouse click like you showed in the video, but i can scroll up and down when I'm in a launcher.

I have seen where shortcuts are added for other things that come withbgames like wallpapers and stuff. Something im sure is being worked on. For now i think u gotta manually “ remove nonsteam game “ but if you on auto scan they will come back. In that case you may want to just hide them instead

Uninstall games as you normally would with the launchers. Uninstall them from the launcher. Rigjt now the “ start fresh “ erases everything. Ive told the dev we need some more control and options there

1:31 decky settings store channel have to be in Testing. Yours must be in Default

Have you tried running the games off of a micro sd card? If you haven’t tested, I will probably install some of these launchers later today. I’m just asking because I know there are sometimes workarounds that need to be done

Yes you can, inside the launcher just simply choose the drive where your SD card is located.

Do you have auto scan turned on as mentioned in the video? Its off by default. For games you can di manual scan if you prefer. For streaming sites auto has to be on before installing

Had the same issues, but I've removed it and just downloaded the same version of plugin as described on video (1.0.0-00473d1) and this worked, now everything is perfect, try it

Hi love your content espacially steam deck ones, i wanna ask you about an issue i look everywhere online even try to contact other content creaters as well and , i recently try to play fallout4 but in game there is no speaking sound no dialogue sound only some of the environmental sounds .i search it and found just few people got same issue they manage to surpass it with commands i try it but unfortunately doesnt work for me , i hope you can find a solution thnx for your time brother
