Yellow and purple are the opposites of eachother on the colour wheel. It is probably meant to represent the rivalry between Henry and William. Just a little symbolism, but makes a lot of sense.

Something I realized watching this, Michael has no room in fnaf 4, my theory is that sense Michael is not exactly stated to be cc's brother what if Michael was just set to watch Henry's kid when the two would work together. I like how Afton is purple and Henry, in his supposed initial color palette, is yellow. They're complementary colors, meaning they appear on opposite sides of the color wheel, kind of like how William and Henry have different and opposing views/ideologies particularly in regards to the animatronics. And yellow is a warm color while purple is a cool color. One's using animatronics for relatively harmless purposes and the other is using animatronics for nefarious purposes.
