I still can’t belive no one knows that Matpat is making more lore ever so slightly. In the timestamp 1:50 when Matpat says Film Theory, the screen glitches and it says “Who’s that?” In another video in Film theory, “The Devil made you do it!” Mapat says, “Who do you think we are? Game Theory?” You ARE game thory, Matpat. And once again, the screen glitches. The same thing happens on Film Theory: Wait… Dragons are real?!” My theory is that all the channels are from different universes. Mentioning them causing the world to glitch out because they don’t exist here, but they exist there. This universe, Earth, has all of the channels. This means we can see all of the videos despite them glitching. Even though sometimes it dosen’t glitch but they still mention it as an entire different channel with a different person using it. That can be seen in Film Theory’s video about the movie Sonic 2. But hey, thats just a theory. A CHANNEL THEOR- More recent news says that the screen actually shows the last part of the wheel, blue. I think it’s pretty obvious, the seeker is the imp themselves but because they destroyed the emergency meeting button, nobody can shoot them out of the air lock, so the imp isn’t afraid to be themselves around other crewmates thus the seeker.

If the normal Impostor had the same abilities as the Seeker, then calling any sort of meeting would be suicide because the Impostor would just kill them all immediately while they're all in one place, button or no button (pretty sure they call through a megaphone to announce Dead Body Reported, no button required). It's probably safer to assume that the normal Impostor is more physically weak, so much so that two Crewmates are more than capable of overpowering one Impostor, a weakness the Seeker clearly does not have. Also the normal Impostor can use vents, the Seeker cannot. ETA: ISTR that the official lore on standard Impostors is that they sneakily killed the Crewmate that matched their color and replaced them; while the Seeker, if the trailer and in-game animation are anything to go by, was a normal Crewmate that got infected with something.
