Umm EXCUSE me? How in the Cosmos is the MAIN and leading character underrated? And since when in 1997 as a kid playing my first ever RPJ, technically JRPG-Domo arigato gozaimus Nomura Tetsuya-san(Father of FF7)- was the sexy bad ASS, Cloud Strife and underrated character?? LOL. Probably only a few main characters I love as to protagonist. Their cliches are too transparent! Cloud is as lovely and an underdog that inspires! I soo relate to his disposition. I already purchased my Sephy, the price was worth it *.* *tears* I GOTTA get my Cloud!! Esp. the original figures!! My Classic boys! Zack is third because he originally was more of a special scene cut in the game but was so thrilled, they decided to make a story for this mysterious guy with sexy black hair who pretty much Cloud emulated-involuntarily-love the story behind it but baby, its Cloud's story :D My traitorous brother of me loves Yuffie..Sorry I hate her...Playing the game too...she was so nonexistent. I love Aerith-I actually had clothes just like her-not cosplay, but it was clear that she and I have a lot in common except for the extroverted nature-I was more introverted and meeker like my Sephy-sama and Cloud-kun. So relatable! But Aerith had to die U.U If my man dreams it to be then who am I to foil his plan of a genocide? Lol Cloud rolls man! Otaku luv 4 ever🖤

We were just saying this toy reviewer (the channel owner) is very good and more people should visit his video. This is why he is “underrated”. It was a very long year plus change, waiting for this magnificent release. And words can't express how beautiful it is. Definitely a holy grail figure, Fenrir and all. I can't think of a better Cloud figure for lifelong FF fans.

I got my cloud and fenrir on the first wave, and omg, its just gorgeous. Beautiful sculpt, fine crafted weapons and insane bike. Its unreal we are getting these high quality non licensed ff figures. Gametoys is killing it.

Academically, I'd agree that the RT Kakashi (even Itachi) are superior figures. Movable eyes, multiple expressive portraits, all with not just movable, but interchangeable eyes? Like c'mon. However, this Cloud, being unlicensed, is more of a miracle. GameToys didn't have to go so hard...but they did, which is why it takes the cake this year for me 😊 Also, InArt Gandalf is out?? I haven't seen anything other than that 1 blogger's photo from a Chinese forum couple months back...

Great review. I just got mine today and definitely figure of the year for me also. I have some of the same issues that you have too but its still great to look at. Also, careful with the cell phone, mine broke on me when i simply flipped it up and now the little peg is stuck in the upper half if the phone. lol

For all the past GameToys releases, this store had taken apart the figures and sold the parts separately. I scored an extra Buster Sword and the little paper letters that were packed wrong for my Zack figure. The AC Cloud didn't make it there yet, but perhaps some day...

The lint is mostly from the shirt. I ended up patting down the dusty areas with small piece of fresh putty to great success. Should've done that before shooting those shots. I didn't even see them until I scaled up the video. Sorry about that 😅

I feel like there's no need for new release since this one is a literal Cloud, if there's an upgrade, I hope they don't change anything on the head part... It's already perfect. As a matter of fact, future release needs to imitate this head part (including play arts kai versions). I even found the silicon body fitted to Cloud Body if the body is broken or something happened.

The figures used in this review (yes, figures, as some were loaned to me by fellow collectors so I can film a little faster 😅) came from OneSixthKit, Giantoy, and Gundamit, all of which had been shipping out the 1st batch since last month. More batches are being shipped now so the delay shouldn't be a concern. But still, may I ask with which vendor did you place your pre-order?

I know this isn't helpful, but DS Toys did a 1/6 unlicensed AC Cloud years ago. When something doesn't look as good as I want them to be, I humble myself by looking at that abomination. Things could've been a lot worse 😅

I got mine from combination of OneSixthKit and Gundamit. One of the figures used in this video was loaned to me from a fellow collector, and he got his from Giantoy. Hope that helps~

Yes, but there really isn't a lot of room for adjustments. The side buckle can be pulled tighter but it doesn't affect the girth because that's determined by the snap-fit button strap shown in 4:06, which is recommended to sit right below the belt on the pants. Hope that helps!

As far as I can tell, the production is "limited" to the amount of pre-orders placed with retailers who are working with GameToys. There are usually a few more in case of defects, but I wouldn't count on huge excess of inventories floating around. Scalpers buying these up and reselling them...that's another story 😔
