You have choosen "easy" to emulate games. Sadly it's not true that PSP games runs well on RG353V, most of them are very laggy e.g. God of War, Colin McRae etc.

I dont have the myoo mini plus so i cant tell which is better.

RG353v is the better buy depending on what you're wanting to play, Miyoo Mini+ only plays up to PS1, no N64 or GameCube and PSP, whereas the RG353V plays GameCube, N64, and PSP... So power wise, the RG353v Also what's nice about the RG353V is it also has android, so you can also play android games!
