So 3 hours with gaming at highest settings at max brightness - not horrible. Turning down graphics settings in game and turning down brightness will definitely extend that by a massive amount! Probably also help with heat.

you don’t have to go completely to low, but take down a few things that won’t really matter much. Like, for me - I’d turn down things like environmental detail to medium - you can’t even see the details that are farther away on that tiny 750p display. I’d probably take down the render resolution too, again, screen is so small it won’t matter lol

I had a hard time finishing those 3 hours haha I’m not used to play on a small screen for that long But it went well Even with my iphone 13 pro I keep it charging when I game, so I don’t think anyone will game cordless for that long

I think turning on low power mode would help a lot cuz it cuts power from the chip so less heat and for this resolution still plenty of power. Also for this type of heavy load it is impressive how it did. You have also full brightness, speakers at 50%, cellular data, wifi and bluetooth on. This is pretty much the worst case scenario. Well done, thanks for the showcase, I'm considering buying this little thing of a powerhouse because I rarely game.

As an android user it's an enough good moral not to ever peek towards iphone in my life. My motorola android does 3 hour gaming with 5000 mah battery making it only 75% from 100%.All the more SD 750G chipset with 8 nm produce heat in this process making temperature slightly warm and resulting in battery temperature 42 deg in peak Indian summers. Here you pay more than double money from pocket for a pocket size product.What is the end result ?.3 hours gaming.Phew !!

I am getting 5 hours of screen on time with heavy usage. And the good thing is that you can charge that small battery in an hour (of course there are faster chargers but for apple this is really good haha) So if you need some juice, just pop it on the charger for a bit and you’re good to go

Considering it was a new phone and the game was probably not optimized, i dont think its really the phones fault, because even on a Note 20 Ultra (my friends phone, i have a midrange one) he gets fps drops on that game too on high performance mode
