This was my first laptop too. For some reason its slower than all hell through all the updates and everything. I wish i knew how to get this laptop to stop being so sluggish. I factory reset it and tweaked all kinds of settings. Wish i could get it to do something at least.

You should check If it have a HDD, if its the case, you change it to a SSD and u gonna have good results

you can improve laptop if it does not have dual channel 16gb ram then upgrade overclock monitor to get more hz overclock gpu cuz its a bottleneck with that cpu undervolt cpu if it run too hot fix fans, and clean dust re apply good thermal paste use fastest ssd change wifi card, or get a dongle gett fast router, or use ethernet get an external laptop fan if not enough fps still then use dlss if your ping too high move houses to closer to fn server
