I got this laptop for my mother, out of curiosity installed Half-Life 2 and was surprised to see Iris XE was able to run it maxed at 1080p. I'm not going to thank God or Jesus though, as I'm not a Christian.

1335U isn’t a bad core, it’s just not meant for gaming, the core itself is more than powerful enough to handle any game you throw at it with its turbo clock speed at a whopping 5ghz if you equipped it with a external processor it would be a machine. The laptop I have has a intel i5 1335U with 8gb of ddr5 ram and wifi 6E

I'd like to see what happens when you unlock TDP

Usually I find that it might run for a few minutes at higher TDPs before it thermal locks. So its usually not worth it unless you're using an external cooler. Also testing TDPs will take 2 to 3 times longer to make these videos. And that's already taking 10-15 hours per video. So not a rabbit hole I want to go down unfortunately.

Not sure if it can play GTA 5. But GTA 4 should be possible. Download Intel Driver Assistant and make sure you’re running the latest drivers

@@purplemoon1803 all parts, sometimes work and sometimes it doesn’t.The Fps on GTA It varies to limit that I put to 12, 32, 28, sometime 62. In NFs i can’t play, it’s impossible.
