You can get, you've just need a lot of luck lol, recently thanks to Esmelrada, I got Simeon allowing me to complete Famous Leader and get Octavius. Just a question of chance.

Personally I think one of the better packs ,is the packs from the jackpot event , proof of fortune section, end up with 620 k gems from the two packs ,plus various other bits , for $25 .

I just got Toyotomi Hideyori last event. It cost $300 with two triple downs and a double down. It was an event in the Event Center. One of those two near the top. Alliance Carnival or something like that.

I only recently got Toyotomi hideyori from the General Hall II pack last event, now like everyone else it’s just Maarten Tromp that i need, I guess I will have to keep my fingers crossed when I open the General Hall III pack 🤞. Well until your next upload, stay safe and well 👍

On 'Sulis' I always pick Ruby Necklaces too but to be honest, you can just go to the Champion and _Greet_ and _Empower_ the maximum number of times every day (10 and 15 times respectively... much more than Evony used to allow) which is the equivalent of more than 20 Ruby Necklaces *every day* so Ruby Necklaces aren't the only big source of Loyalty Points, that I certainly used to think they were. In fact each _Greeting_ is 15000 Loyalty Points to a _Ruby Necklace's_ 12500! Agree about 'Sulis' in general though. I do think it's a shame the 'Multi-Fragments' you used to only get from All Stars don't work on ALL Generals but I still think it's great they're no longer restricted to All Star players, are relatively cheap (once the ladder pack is activated) and VERY useful for that General you "just need a few more Fragments for but never seem to get, even spending Millions of Gems trying"

Right now, the best purchase is to buy the bounty cave for 2 dollars, and you get the chance to open Sulis wishing pool plain cake one and get awards from gem purchase

Bounty Cave is $20 It use to be a decent purchase, but the rewards have been basically stagnant while every thing else (packs, rewards, etc.) have all increased.

Napoleon prime will probably be available in events such as Limited recruit. Unlike M.Trump who will always be a difficult one to get. (Damn he's the only one I miss in the gen hall III)

I used the Ascension fragments to finish Gunther so well worth it to me. I've been trying to finish him for a long time, he's not available with glory general token

If the generals you need to upgrade are in there then it could be really useful if all of the generals you have in there are already 10 stars then it is no good but if you look at the other items in the 5 dollar pack and multiple by 20 the the numbers stack up really well against the regular $99.99 event pack the trade off is you can't use double or triple coupons on it
