Gamo Swarm Magnum Pro Gen3i 10X Air Rifle is a 10 Shot break barrel design that has a lot of features that make it excellent for survival. Quite, cheap to shoot, accurate and doesn't rely on compressed air. Comes in both .177 and 22 Caliber. #Airrifle #Gamo #Survival

In 2017 I purchased the Gamo Whisper Fusion Mach I in .22 cal., and love. It's single load, but not a problem at all. This is a great option in avoiding all the equipment requirements of a PCP setup. Thanks for the airgun review, as they're a segment shooters of all ages and levels can enjoy.

that would be a reason I would buy it ---I had a Umarex Octane with a red dot on it, and ---had to cut the front sight post off with a hack saw for mucking up the view ---later the trigger went berserk and there is no way to replace the trigger because the trigger housing is welded to the under side of the spring tube

My old BSA Meteor came with both types of sight and even though I used to shoot targer rifle, I find the open sight just as accurate for field use. In the UK, air rifles under 12ft/lbs are not regulated so are very common. We have some very high quality and expensive options. The traditional German ones are highly respected but the higher tech, British designs are also popular. For survival hunting, a basic, break action, single shot is most durable and reliable.

It's actually a pretty decent rifle after you remove the magazine and autoloader and throw them away. It's just a cheap plastic mechanism that isn't quite up to the job. With it on my rifle I was getting velocity variations of over 150 fps. Once I removed it they not only went away, but I gained about 20 fps as well.

How do you unload the rifle without shooting remaining pellets away? do you remove the magazine before the last shot. The auto loading is very handy since you don't have the fiddly process of getting a pellet and putting it in the breech every shot. Still enjoying my 10-yr old Walther .22 LGV with a Donny suppressor though.
@Bootyhunter1971
@Bootyhunter1971 2 ай бұрын
It only loads one pellet each time you break the barrell, so if you only shoot 1 time, then simply remove the magazine (or not) and you have 9 unfired pellets ready for next time. Or you can leave the magazine in, the gun is not loaded with a pellet until you break the barrell again.

I’ve always been skeptical about the advertised speed of the cheaper break barrels. 1300 fps is pretty hot for a pellet rifle. Even the average PCPs aren’t pushing pellets that fast, as they destabilize when breaking the sound barrier. The more accurate pellet rifles are usually subsonic.

I've got the gen 2 and thier advertised speed is with light pellets. Use a 18 grain or even a 21 grain nether if these pellts are shooting 900 fps range. Also this gun fires slugs pretty well also. I like the pro stock better than mine but the trigger to me is the issue. Using longer set screw lightens the pull but the trigger sears on a upward pull of the trigger guessing something to do with how the safty engages. My gen 2 has the open sight capability but I have a good scope on mine . At 3X the front site ghost in bottom of site picture but below the usable Mildots. Also the domed pellets shoot the best so far besides the slugs havnt tried the ballistic tipped rapid fires yet.

The Daisy POWERLINE model 35 pump-up airgun is the most accurate B•B gun I have tested. It is a smooth bore barrel that shoots very accurate when using match grade steel B•B's ! ✅ Steel B•B's are less expensive than lead pellets for shooting at close distances. The Daisy model 35 shoots a B•B over 600 feet per second. I would not hunt anything larger than a pigeon bird at close range (20 feet) with the Daisy POWERLINE model 35 using steel B•B's.

My 10 year old would agree with the assessment that it can’t hit anything past 20’, you should test a few more BB guns. The PL 35 doesn’t throw a BB anywhere near 600 fps, ive got the welts to prove it. It’s a little kids gun, it should not be used to hunt anything.

At that point, I'm just assuming your a poor consumer more than I'm questioning the product. "I don't like this" "I don't like this either" "Maybe third time isn't the charm" "The product is clearly the problem"

Hatsan Mod 135 Vortex QE is much better than this GAMO. That's the reason because I bought the Hatsan instead the Gamo. price is 300$ in Airgun Depot

If there is need for so many fancy words and digits on a box to get an air rifle sold, you can be sure it's crap. Gamo is marketing expert to sell carp, taking over other brands and use recomended names like BSA to sell more of their crap. Every Gamo i,ve had in my hands was cheap build overpriced plastic rubbish. RRR scope rail with a pin that reduces the recoil effect on the scope 🤣Tell me where the damping system is on that mount that should save the life of the scope.

I have a Gen 1 and Gen 3 and the safety in the trigger guard is actually convenient and never a problem accidentally disengaging either before being ready to shoot. I like the safety personally its easy to switch off when necessary to take a shot

@@FordRangerClassics Oh no, not at all. Your choice to have a safety inside the trigger guard is objectively wrong. Be thankful for the lord allowing you to do wrong things.

That wouldn't make a very good survival tool because it has no iron sights and that junk chinese scope wont last long.
