GTA has the option to get into a undercover getaway vehicle farther up the map during ur getaway for this heist actually! If you look at the planning board in bottom right when they start it if they showed it it says u can get a decoy which is someone to draw the cops off u and basically what I use that 1 for is it brings u from 5 to 4 stars and the clean vehicle obviously makes it where u can drive by cops not be caught etc
