This is the earliest gan 15 batch before they fixed a bunch of problems. You can tell because the square center pieces come as default. The reason why the square center pieces are only as a bonus for the first batch and that the wingless centers are the ones now installed as default, is because they are not completely functional and can break pieces and causes a lot of catching. The square centers were going to be the default center pieces, but if you have the square centers installed and try to put an edge in, there is a risk of damaging and breaking the edge. i think they got rid of the magnet adjustment for 2 reasons: 1. makes it cheaper like you said 2. the gan 12 sometimes had the magnets change on their own when turning so now its smoother and they wont change on their own now

The one i was looking for. Just got my tornado V4, and wanted to see if it was the better choice. Can u tell me which one is better overall the pioneer or the flagship, i got the pioneer but i think its a bit too fast

i personally prefer the flagship, but if find the pioneer version too slow for me so if you found the pioneer too fast i think you made the right choice!

tough questions! these are very subjective based on personal preference, so what you find to be well-performing may be different from what i’d like, but i’ll give my own preference if that helps :) id say the wrm v9 maglev ballcore uv if price doesn’t matter, and the rs3m v5 spring tension if you’re an a tight budget

You might’ve accidentally made me more excited about the GAN 15 just because of how polarising it is. I’ll be having a lot of fun with the adjustment and tbh might finally have a cube to main over my WR M V9 (I’ve tried TV4 and it was pretty good and have a V10 which just has worse corner cutting and rougher turning and is overall not as spammable as a spring-swapped or even stock ballcore V9)

I know everyone hates on the cap remover, but for me, maybe it's because I'm older, but my fingernails suck and they are not strong at all. when I try to remove the tornado centercaps I either break off my nail, or it bends back. I have to use a damn screwdriver.

the v10 is much faster, but the corner cuts on the tv4 feel softer and you don’t have to turn as aggressively

i set mine to around the middle settings for tension and made it tighter for the spring compression and added angstrom (can’t remember exact settings)
