This charger worked well for me - but only 3 months, now the first USB C port failed - lots of similar reviews indicate a production fault.

That was a GREAT video buddy :) do you have plans of doing a teardown of the Anker Prime 240w charger? I'm deciding between that one, this ugreen nexode 300w, the ugreen nexode 200w or the satechi 165w, and the anker one is the only one that doesn't have a teardown yet (I believe)

Watch the video again - the main power supply is using a pair of Navitas integral driver GaN MOSFETs (3:54) - the PFC circuit is using an SiC device (4:30), so I think describing it as a GaN PSU is entirely fair.
