The 2020 East to West Alta 2800 KBH is a bunkhouse full of amenities that you will want while on those family adventures. The double over double bunks on the rear camp side are plush and have a solid mounted ladder plus their own access point. The bathroom is right beside the bunks and features a lot of space and single surround shower. When you walk into the living area you will find a walk in pantry, large entertainment center with sound bar, L shaped kitchen plus a booth dinette and convertible sofa. When it's time to retire for the evening the master bedroom has a comfy king bed! Toss in an outside kitchen and this fiberglass beauty will make you smile when you hook it up at the campsite!

I've compare this unit to the 2800BH from Grand Design. I think the pass thru storage up front is a little narrow, as evidenced by the size of the door.. I think you would have trouble even getting lawn chair to fit. I like the positioning of the larger TV not being up at the ceiling with the sound bar. I'm sure that theater seats are an option ilo of the bench tri fold sofa, which I would never buy. There is no way that you can sit on that sofa and watch a movie for 2 hours. Appliances are pretty standard with this BH floorplan. I'd be very interested in the exoskeleton regarding aluminum framing, insulation factors, heated enclosed underbelly, solar prep for roof and stand alone solar panels for drip charging. Seems like a decent TT, but the Gold Standard that it will be compared to is the Grand Design 2800BH with the Artic Insulation Package, the cabinetry and overall fit and finish. Looked at the North Trail Caliber. Not impressed and headroom is horrible at about 6'5".
