Based on my practical experience in handling invoices received via email, vendors/suppliers rarely include the word 'invoice' in the subject line. A potential solution could be to provide a supplier interface where they can log in and submit their invoices. This would trigger an automated process where the supplier can see if their invoice is approved or rejected.
