What you did is actually something I need, can you tell me how to create an array of all my cloud flows' run history urls? Would be cool to have it dynamically backup all my cloud flow histories!

Check the flow admin connectors. There is an action called get flows. You can get all details and form the flow history url and pass to PAD.

What will happen if there is an instance of Edge already running with different window size or position and the UI of website changed?

Whenever flow is launched, it opens a new browser window and handles the size. If UI of website changes, then there would be issues. Desktop flows are highly dependent on the DOM of the web part or app being scrapped.

Could you let me know How to make window title dynamic. for eg I have different link for PDF files and I need to open it through browser and save it is pdf file but for every pdf link window title gets changes.

Hey Reza Dorrani you are doing great. i would ask about ms approval flow. i have create an approval that will work for 2 or 3 people who can reject or accept the approval. i am trying to send an approval to 3 people in my organization, but just one of them can see the accept option, others can just view the approval form, unfortunately i did not find any this type of option in approval app as well as in power automate. can you help me to add 2 silent viewers and one can just see the accept and reject option in ms approval.? i am looking forward to hearing from you.

I don’t think there is any silent viewer option. You could send an email notification to your silent viewers and not include them as part of the approvals action.

Great Video Reza. I am exploring the PAD it's amazing tool. Is there any way to make the flow to wait for my input, which is Ul element selection and further continue the flow? For example i have a window which contains a list of elements which changes for every other instance, and i have to select a element from the list and signal 'proceed to the flow and then it can continue applying the next commands in the flow to that selected UI element. Hey Reza, Good day to you, This is Richard, i am continuously watching your session, just need you expertise for some project that we need to provide with Event Viewer. Step1 Type in the Event Viewer on the search tab, press enter Step 2: Double click Windows logs and click Application. Step 3 is the critical part that i cannot figure out. Client wants me to only get the "Error" without using the Filter logs. they want me to get the data for all Error for "Date and time", "Source" , "Event ID" and the message in "General" automatically save it to Excel file. what function in UI path do i need to use? filtering the log for error will have more or less 2899 datas that need to be extracted. Appreciate your help.

So get all data from event logs that have errors for a specific Application and add all that data in Excel. That is a very specific use case :) I will add it to my backlog. Hello Reza, how would you see the architecture for this use case : non API Legacy App hosted on a Citrix, from which we daily extract data file. Unattended mode of course but also with no dedicated desktop powered on all day long. Is that possible to have it as well the Gateway (Flow/PAD) installed on Azure? @@RezaDorrani After a few days on building a PAD over a citrix, I wouldn't recommend it, lot of effort and finally uncertain, the same flow never runs 100% successfully.

As shown in your video at time 7.59 there's written a message that "you don't have any desktop flow" but in my case I am getting "you don't have a permission to create desktop flow please change your environment and get maker permission". From my customer I am getting default upgrade environment as well as I created one sandbox environment still Same issue.
