I'm glad young heads still appreciate this music. The era when this was released was some of the best times of my life and this and many other classics were part of the soundtrack. I hear what's become of, what used to be hip hop today...well you can't even call it hip hop, it's something all together different but I just can't believe how far it's fallen. growing up in the 80's and 90's you thought music was just going to get better and better because everything that came out was so good at the time.

This is my time I’m a retired cop actually a supervisor grew up in bed stuy and this happened all the time when I caught a cab to my fathers grocery store from the city to Tompkins. In all fairness, if these cabbies were in Manhatten , taking them to Brooklyn would mean they would lose a bunch of other fares especially during peak times... This is a classic album that includes many good tracks. I've been a Gang Starr fan since No more Mr Nice Guy and Step in the Arena.
