Including myself, we're blind sided by social media and we're addicted to Western culture and forgot to preserve and appreciate our own language, culture and religion. Thank you Metok la for educating us the importance of preserving our Tibetan language.
She will put more then half of Tibetan population living aboard to utter Shame! It’s a wake up call to all the Tibetans.

Will encourage my kids to read Tibetan story books more often. Thank you for sharing your experience and it’s definitely inspiring a whole bunch of us. Proud to be an ex varna 1997-2004 Danyavaad Guruji
From my own personal experience after moving to the west is that reading n speaking come first then writing. When I was growing up in Tibetan school it was other way around. Hence, I never got interested in reading n that immensely impact on my vocabulary n reading skill when pursuing higher education.
