My only thoughts on first strike vs grasp is that going grasp feels way beefy and you could argue it kinda gives you a little more space to fuck up. While FS is (at least for me) a really good rune for gp, you're risking getting run down by basically any statchecky champion with not much to say on the matter until you have 2+ items

Can someone give me advice on how to beat Gwen with GP? I can’t really lane with her, her W is just so annoying and when the laning phrase is done she destroy everybody. I usually play Normal so I can’t ban her.

Force her to be pushed up and don't use q barrel a lot, either just q her or auto barrel combos cuz you're wasting two abilities for her 1 if she's untargetable at the right time. Force her to take your Q after if she uses W's on the barrel, use move speed from barrel detonation to back up or keep going depending on situation. She doesn't have hard cc so when she's getting too close worse case scenario passive auto her and run away. Don't put all your eggs in one basket and hope that translates into a gold then eventually item lead.

@@p.tu_rxe486 If you are going Grasp setup, Trinity Force build is safer. Bit of hp to get by via kindlegem, some attack speed for barrel contest, and movespeed passive. Take Grasp and Inspiration. Take Time-Warp Tonic most of the time since you start Corrupting and will hold on to it for a while (as a bonus, TWT also gives MS when consuming pots!) Then you can choose either biscuits for extra safety or future's market like Solar nomally does to get earlier "spikes" like the earlier sheen. In short, Grasp Trinity is safest for this matchup but of course One-shot First Strike is not completely out of the picture if you are confident enough. Anytime!
