I feel you bro.i am 37..and had a long relationship but didn't materialize because she hid it since day 1 and didn't have courage or whatever and parents were conservative...she was too image conscious.. Anyhow seen others too..guys have yo change n adapt according to girls wishes..she slowly but surely would mould you or try too according to her completely yet criticize and argue or fight or throw tantrums some even test faking it just to check guys loyalty etc..even after year or two or 3.. Worst is some of her friends.. there might be exceptions but I haven't seen one relation which is happy n long even if guy hates her friends or can't get along etc.. b her friends just have this mental block n can't accept or digest that guy is different to rest..they call him weird.. Slowly it creeps in the girls mind n her friends influence always wins in the end..remember that.. When I asked my ex if she would marry a guy like me..she said obviously yes eyes closed..not because she loved me . But because she knows how to handle me..handling is key possibly most important factor when a woman decides to marry

Lol, dude that is not true at all. The only truth is that you need to love yourself first and learn to be full within yourself, before trying to seek love. Afterwards, when you are with a partner, make sure that they love you as much as you love them. Unless you can get to this point, then certainly, marriage is not for you. Of Course, love is just a bunch of hormones, but IF you can rise above it, and maintain attraction, not just from your partner, but from the other gender as a whole, your marriage will be pretty much successful. The only issue that occurs is when there is a lack of attraction from one of the 2 partners towards the other. Most people treat marriage as a final T-20 game, where you win when you get married. Nope, not at all. It is a constant Test Match which requires consistent dedication and efforts from both the parties. Marriage is hard work, where you have to be consistent and present for your family. If you are lazy or love to spend time alone, it is not for you. No one is forcing you to be married, ultimately, it is a choice. Some people like it, some don't, some have successful marriages and some do not. It is a numbers game powered by a lot of other socio-economic factors. Bollywood/Hollywood movies dekh ke karoge, toh obviously fail hi hogi. Stay true to your purpose, genuinely love the other person, even when the attraction fades away, only then will you be successful in it.
