Ganito gumawa ng masarap na Sarsa ng Lechon Manok.
INGREDIENTS:
- 400g Chicken liver, chopped into small pieces
- salt and ground black pepper, to taste
- garlic powder, to taste
- cooking oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 large onion , chopped
- 8 tablespoons vinegar, adjust as needed
- 3 to 4 tablespoons sugar , add more if needed
- ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp salt, adjust as needed
- 1 1/2 cup water, add more water depends on your desired consistency
- 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
Hand blender or regular blender - to puree the mixture
