INGREDIENTS :
1 1/2 kg pork belly
1 large onion
1 teaspoon whole peppercorn
5 teaspoons salt ( you can adjust the amount of salt to your preference )
2 dried bay leaves
DIPPING SAUCE :
onion, peel and dice
vinegar
soy sauce
sugar
cucumber, peel and dice
onion chives
chili pepper
