Switch kaha pe diya hein unit on karne ka? Charge karo, dakkan properly close karo aur unit on karke dekho. Safety lock har unit mein hein. Safety feature hein. Usse on karne ki zaroorat nahi hein. Woh passive safety feature hein. Bina dakkan lagaye, unit on nahi ho payega.

You mentioned it gets a warm after two round.. is that normal?

Hi, it is. It’s a small motor and if you fill the container with hard fruits, the motor comes under a lot of load to break down the pieces. Thereby getting hot. Break the fruit into smaller pieces and give the juicer a break in between rounds.

Hi Anieli, thank you! Some blenders, especially the reputed ones will stop the glowing LED indication once it is fully charged. The cheaper ones don’t so it’s best to stop charging after 2-3 hours to avoid damaging the battery.

The unit won’t work when it is charging - it is a safety feature. Disconnect the charging cable and try.

I already have that take to charge it for 3 hours even their color rechargeable is blue then after that just try to double click the power bottom it will start then one click again for turn off

Sorry guys, if you’ve exhausted all the troubleshooting options, your best bet is to return the unit from wherever you sourced it and get a replacement.

Hola! Lave el recipiente con detergente líquido y un estropajo. Use un cepillo de dientes viejo y desechado para limpiar la unidad del motor. No rocíe agua directamente. Enjuáguelo suavemente. Gracias!

Are you using it for the first time? Hope you’ve closed the jar before pressing the button because it won’t if the blades are exposed.

How do l clean the blending part ?

Hi Katrina, for cleaning the unit: 1. Rinse the jar with water immediately instead of keeping it aside for a later wash. This will prevent the leftover blended contents from sticking to the body. 2. Full the jar with some dishwash liquid and water and blend this contents for 20-30 seconds. This helps clean the blades and the walls of the jar thoroughly. 3. Repeat step 2 with normal water until all the soapy water is cleaned. 4. Wipe the base with a damp cloth. Do not submerge the base in water to protect the motor and the electrical components.

Hello! I was hoping I can get a response here. Why does mine doesn't work? I've been charging it as per instruction, but when I try to use it, it just show blinking blue light but does not work. Hi, as @chimewallace above has posted, please ensure: 1. You have closed the jar properly. As a safety measure, the unit won’t turn on if the jar isn’t properly tightened. 2. Double press the button in quick succession to turn on the unit.

@@GaneshBalan Already did this one. I ensured the jar is properly aligned to the base. I also tried quick pressing the button twice but it only shows a steady blue light but still not working. When you press it once, it shows flashing blue light but when double pressed, it shows a steady blue light but both ways doesn't work.

Did this happen after some usage or right out of the box? I am afraid you may have to get it replaced. You seem to have reached the end of the road as far as troubleshooting goes.
