Uganda needs ordinary Ugandans with a heart to develop their country to collect taxes and taxes benefit everyone of us in relation to infrastructure, health and education and a healthy standard of living. Highly educated pple would and if there do little to revamp the 40 yr rule of Musevenism as was the case with the role of philosophers in the french revolution.
