I agree with Munyagwa`s strategy. Logic has it that if your rival/ opponent is making blunders , do not interrupt them. It is in this connection that Bobi Wine has not joined the group that attends the military tribunal . Should he show up , the regime will plants its hooligans are provide an excuse to cause chaos and hence suspend the process in addition to denying Dr. Besigye`s advocates and supporters entry into the army cage aka Military Court. Treason is political crime. It is betraying a country by actions consindered dangerous to national security. Now Uganda has has a right to pick Besigye from Kenya to protect its security interests. And in those cases a lawyer with political affliation to any country that is not Uganda can not get involved unless he is being tried in an International court. Both sides have legal basis for their actions, however one side's is malicious in its decisions. All this will depend on Besigye 's charge sheet
