Back in the late 70’s early 80’s when during instructional time, in the middle of the school day, we were allowed to have dances in the cafeteria. We danced to this song followed by country western Scottish dance.

The Gap Band are my heroes. Man I tell you their funk classics are out of this world. Uncle Charlie still healthy and alive. Brother Ron and Brother Robert are with our ancestors and their memories will be always with us.

Thank you for letting the record play. I'm jamming while I'm cleaning my bedroom. Now want to listen to Micheal or the Jackson Five after.

The legends from Greenwood, Archer, and Pine shaped my middle school days! All the love for this band. Put them in the R&R Hall of Fame already!

This song kicks a$$. It hits just as hard in 2021 as it did in 1980.
