Thanks a lot for such informative videos. Request your advice on getting back into workforce after 2+ years of career gap due to medical emergency at home. I couldn't upskill myself during this period as most of the time was spent on taking care of my ailing mother. Since situation is settled now and I am ready to join workforce but it seems to be a dead end as no reply from companies despite of multiple applications having ATS friendly Resume'. I left my last job as an AVP-Finance and would like to restart with same level or a level below at least. Can you please help me in such situation by sharing your suggestions? Thanks!

Hi sir I got fired because I had fight with my manager so they terminated me ND in termination letter they have given very bad remarks in that letter... Can I show that one and half year experience in my resume or shall I show it as gap

Ouch, that's a bad situation. If you think you can explain to the hiring manager, good. Else you may have to show a gap. Generally you may try reconciling with your old firm and ask them to give a neutral letter. After all what fight can be bigger than someone's career.

The problem is not with the candidate,the problem is with the mindset of that recruiter Smart recruiter are those who focus on hiring a candidate who can give results to the company rather than the things which are just perception based But now time has changed, there are many companies who are interested in your capabilities rather than suffering from the perception disease

Sir by mistake I take commerce stream in class 11 and then next year I take class 11 science stream again, so that's why I have one year gap. Passed out class: 10th in 2020 and 12th in 2023.... Due to taking wrong stream in class 11th I have one year gap😭😭😭
